On 22/09/2009, following the audit carried out by Tuv Rheinland, Equipe Service Group srl was awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification in accordance with international standard UNI EN ISO.

Equipe Service Group S.r.l. operates in the Promotional sector.
The field of application of the products and services offered requires a high level of quality and reliability, combined with an originality and creativity capable of constantly offering new and innovative products.
For this reason, Equipe Service Group has been involved in a Total Quality development programme for some time. By quality we are referring to continuous improvement in order to achieve Client satisfaction, adhering to delivery times, improving economic competitiveness, maintaining both a high level of technology and of creativity in our products and continuously monitoring the demands of the market, both domestically and internationally.

The main strategic objectives expressed by the Management can be summarised  as follows:

• continuous improvement of Quality
• implementation of all provisions of technical regulations and safety legislation with regard to the product
• prevention of processing faults
• accountability on the part of all personnel and of the Area Managers in particular
• training and instruction of personnel on Quality
• continuous monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality System
• making the Quality registration documents available to the Client as physical proof of the Company’s Quality System
• constant monitoring of the company’s ability to meet the demands of the national and international markets
  

The Management of Equipe Service Group assumes direct and full responsibility for the Company’s Quality System, both toward the Client and the Company’s employees, to whom it should be accountable for the quality results achieved.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Management has seen fit to establish the Quality System, clearly specifying its structure, the responsibilities delegated to those in charge of each and every body and the duties of the manager of this system.

The Quality of Equipe Service Group products is not only due to the type of materials used and to the level of industrialisation of the production processes used, but also and above all to the collaboration of individuals who combine skill, experience and enthusiasm in their work; the Company therefore feels it necessary:

• to provide every single person with adequate instruction and the appropriate training to enable them to develop professionally and
• to continuously improve their skills and potential
  
• to ensure that the personnel feel involved and responsible for the objectives set by the Company
  
• to make it known that every initiative, provided that it has been analysed and discussed, is welcomed, as it can contribute new ideas and thus enhance the continuous improvement of the company

All the of the Equipe service groups products are carried out in the factory or laboratories which do not use underage manpower. All the production factories are inspectioned and checked daily by our qualified personelle and by production inspectors who check the conformity of the goods produced and the quality of work in the inside of the factory.
